To provide administrative support including reporting & analysis, data-entry, filing and report distribution. To accurately input, maintain, and change weekly promotional related data. To maintain a high level of report integrity along with strong communication skills. Provide clear/accurate  communications with partnering departments in the company. 


  • Data-entry and maintenance of financial planning/forecasting statistics for merchandise control reporting/analysis
  • Setup, maintenance, and clear communication of companywide promotional changes
  • Create and maintain department specific codes, subclasses, and store information
  • Create and maintain current and archive files for various departments
  • Track all sample merchandise received, returned, and exchanged from vendors
  • Produce weekly and ad hoc reports to better assist merchandising team in analyzing business
  • Participation with special projects in order to better produce and maintain incoming statistical data


  • Degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Mathematics, related field or equivalent work experience.
  • One+ year experience in administrative support
  • Accurate when working with numbers
  • Prior retail experience preferred
  • High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, and presentation skills
  • Ability to operate independently while establishing strong working relationships with co-workers and cross-functional teams
  • Strong, professional and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to foster a positive and motivating work environment, encouraging feedback and innovation
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail and deadlines
  • Ability to adapt well to change in direction and priority in a fast- paced and deadline-oriented environment
