    rue21 is looking for a highly qualified Project Coordinator to help manage cross-functional enterprise-wide projects as part of the Project Management Office. You will report to the Associate Director of the PMO and be responsible for various areas of the project throughout the development and implementation lifecycles. You will also manage some smaller projects by yourself, as you learn the business and grow into your role. Come join an IT team working on best in class retail systems!


    • Ensure that projects are completed on-time, within scope and budget
    • Coordinate internal resources and set timelines and delivery dates
    • Monitor project schedule and summarize project progress
    • Assist in the definition of project scope, objectives and deliverables
    • Develop project plans and manage changes to the project scope, schedule and budget
    • Prepare current and future state process maps, document requirements, update procedures, prepare test scripts and manage issues lists
    • Delight project stakeholders and business customers by setting expectations, communicating clearly and being a great team member

    • Bachelor’s Degree and 0-3 years of experience as a Business / Systems / Project Analyst
    • Ability to change direction and priority in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
