  • Overview

    The Marketing Coordinator will support the brand by building, planning and executing all print related projects.  They will work cross-functionally with creative, merchandising, store operations, and other internal partners to deliver brand right marketing campaigns on time and within budget.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for any/all printed-related marketing – includes all substrate proposal, sampling, sizing and production specifications needed
    • Works with print provider and creative team to manage the print production process including the release of print files and data management
    • Partners with vendors to execute graphic designs for print projects; and supplying materials supporting new concepts.
    • Maintains schedules through final production, as well as manage vendor contacts and quality control.
    • Directly works with the Senior Marketing Operations Manager and visual team to develop a store planogram for all marketing/POP signage throughout the store per quarter, season and year. 
    • Supports the lab store with all marketing campaign updates
    • Coordinates inventory of signage in stores and in the Distribution Center- aids in the fulfillment process understanding store needs
    • Responsible for the budget process and third party shipping reports
    • Aids in any print materials needed for corporate office and special events
    • Issues purchase orders, shipping instructions, and maintains all departmental databases
    • Clearly communicates print project timelines along with execution details to all cross-functional partners to ensure there is a seamless execution

    Qualifications

     

    • Bachelors Degree with 0-1 years of experience
    • Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast paced deadline intensive environment.
    • Must have the ability to effectively present information, respond and follow-up on questions and inquiries from clients, other managers and subordinates.
    • Strong attention to details, good organizational skills and maintain confidentiality.
    • An energetic self-starter who is willing to go above and beyond the job description and pitch in wherever necessary to get the job done.
    • Ability to be analyze and problem solving
    • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Being adept at changing priorities and working independently on multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
