  • Overview

    As a Planning Analyst you support the achievement of company objectives and financial goals through deep dive analysis and formulation of insights and recommendations


    • Analyze all current and historical Key performance indicators for trend and insights
    • Develop daily sales plans through historical and promotional data
    • Analyze promotional events for key learnings and recommendations
    • Identify opportunities, actions, and recommendations through hindsight reporting.
    • Establish collaborative relationships with cross functional partners. (buying, planning, IT/BI)
    • Ad hoc analysis and projects based on business needs


    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience required
    • Strong quantitative aptitude
    • Strong Excel, and data query skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Microstrategy experience preferred
    • Digital Analytics preferred
    • 2-3 years’ experience in Allocation, Planning, or retail analytics preferred
