rue21 is looking for a Girl’s Junior Fit Model (size medium tops & 8 bottoms and dress size). The Fit Model will be required to try on multiple types of garments that represent a standard customer size and provide constructive feedback regarding garment fit, feel, and quality specifications to the technical team.   The Fit Model will be required to work 2-3 days a week and each fit session will last approximately 2 hours. Hours and days per week may vary depending on workloads.  We can accommodate most work/college schedules and provide you with an advanced 48 hour notice prior to fit session date. This position pays $50.00 per hour.   **If hired, you must submit all paperwork required by law for independent contractors- - rue21 will provide contract and W-9 forms. Responsibilities: - Must meet measurement and body type requirements at all times - Must maintain constant weight and measurements within .5” of standards - Ability to work in close contact with all team members in Fit sessions - Ability to stand for approximately 2 hours at a time - Must be motivated to change clothing quickly and provide feedback - Must be punctual and reliable for Fit sessions Qualifications:Modeling experience is preferred, but not required.
