As the Human Resources Compensation & Benefits Intern you will partner with our Compensation & Benefits teams to provide support related to compensation structure maintenance, benefits administration, and HR metrics reporting as well as assist with all related HR projects and initiatives, including wellness, safety and worker’s compensation.   This is a paid internship (40 hours per week). The intern will be the primary architect behind how the program comes to life for the rue21 customer across every program touch-point. This role will also take into consideration how the loyalty program can and will result in ever-increasing customer spend, satisfaction and brand preference   This is a paid internship (40 hours per week).
